Barighor ("we", "us") provides rent-management software for landlords. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the choices you have. By using Barighor you agree to the practices described here.
What we collect
- Account data — your name, email, phone, and role.
- Property data — buildings, flats, tenants, rent invoices, and payments you record.
- Usage data — basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
We use your data only to provide the service: generating invoices, tracking payments, scoping access to the buildings you own or manage, and keeping your account secure. We do not sell your data.
Data security
Access is scoped per building, and authentication is handled by a managed identity provider. We apply industry-standard safeguards, though no system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time. Note that financial records (invoices and payments) may be retained for accounting purposes even after a tenant or building is removed.
